The
standard Ultra High Vacuum products cover a 600 degree temperature range. The
majority of the high voltage conductor feedthroughs, thermocouples and
connectors, hermetic windows and isolators are operable from liquid helium
temperatures to bakeout temperatures in excess of 450 degrees.
High temperature feedthroughs are
typically used in the OEM industry and are found predominantly in semiconductor
processing equipment, accelerators, furnaces and analytical test and measurement
equipment. High temperature plugs, bakeable to 400 degrees are available upon
request for a number of connectors.
Thermal cycling tests, x-ray
fluorescence measurements and helium leak testing are performed as standard with
all products to guarantee full specification compliance.
