available in four separate kits depending on your requirements.
Model
590 "Original" TriPod Polisher System is the original system
for SEM, TEM and LOM.
Model 590W Tripod Wedge Polisher provides all of the hardware necessary for implementing the TEM wedge
polishing technique.
Model 590S Tripod Polisher
SEM X-Sectioning Kit provides all of the hardware necessary to accurately polish
IC cross-sections for SEM. It can be upgraded to also prepare TEM samples
Model 590+ Complete Kit provides
a complete kit with the accessories provided in the 590, 590W and 590S kits.
