Thin Film
Deposition Monitors and Rate Controllers: For single and multi-layer thin
films normally produced by a thermal evaporation process or sputtering in high
vacuum or ultra high vacuum environments. The instruments have single or
multi-sensor capability and can be supplied in "Packages" to include
crystals, sensor heads, feedthroughs and interconnecting cables. Optional DCM220
Software to enable PC control of the Thin Films.
 Research
Applications of Thin Films in Gases or Liquids: A new Series of ultra
sensitive instruments gradually being introduced and dedicated to Research
needs. Special sensors and
flow cells will be available, or instruments may be interfaced with suitable
Customer designed sensor heads, subject to discussion.
Production
Liquid Plating Deposition or Etching: A range of instruments exists,
optimized for measuring and monitoring film thicknesses together with
specialised sensor heads, crystals and interconnecting cables. Precise control
of the plated film thickness in a Production environment is possible.
